Yes, it is scary to make such a lifestyle change and move away from a conventional life to a location independent job and lifestyle. And there are not only advantages but also downsides of becoming a digital nomad. However, if this is really what you want that sometimes all it takes is a little bit of motivation to get you going and help you be successful with it. Without this motivation (and persistence!) every lifestyle change will be hard.
